| Executive summary of the proposed project (In 250 words) | This project aims to tackle triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) by developing theranostic nanoparticles composed of gold nanorattles. These nanoparticles will enable targeted delivery of antagomiRs, combined with photothermal therapy and SERS-based bioimaging. The project leverages nanotechnology for precise treatment and monitoring, reducing side effects and improving patient outcomes. |
